While these guitars are mass produced overseas, they are still very good in terms of overall quality. Ibanez used to have guitars made in South Korea in the past, but have since moved production of those guitars over to either Indonesia or China. However, the modern era of Ibanez guitars really started in 1957. These are the top of the line Ibanez guitars are comparable to any American made guitar from the likes of Gibson, Fender, and PRS. These are midrange to advanced level guitars are suitable for basically all levels of play.
